Using PP
Do I need an account to use PP?
No. You can browse bathrooms and get directions without an account. You'll need to sign in to leave reviews, add bathrooms, or access business features.
How does PP find bathrooms near me?
PP uses your device location to show bathrooms on a map, sorted by distance. It pulls from our crowd-sourced database as well as public data from OpenStreetMap.
What does "I Need to Go NOW" do?
It immediately finds the closest open bathroom to your current location and gives you directions — no tapping around required.
Adding & Editing Bathrooms
How do I add a bathroom?
Tap the "Add Bathroom" button on the main screen. You can search for a business location or drop a pin manually. You'll be guided through a short flow to add type, hours, tags, and an initial rating.
Can I edit a bathroom I added?
Yes. Tap any bathroom you submitted to open the detail screen, then use the edit option. Changes go live immediately.
What if a bathroom is closed or no longer exists?
Tap the bathroom on the map, then use the Report button to flag it. Our team or a verified business owner will review and update it.
Reviews & Ratings
What do the rating categories mean?
Each bathroom is rated on cleanliness, smell, privacy, wait time, and toilet paper quality — all on a 1–5 scale. The overall score is an average across all user ratings.
Can I edit or delete a review?
You can delete your reviews from Settings → Privacy → Delete My Reviews. Editing individual reviews is not currently supported.
Business Accounts
How do I claim my business bathroom?
Find your bathroom on the map, then tap "Claim This Bathroom" on the detail screen. You'll complete a short verification flow. Once approved, you can manage hours, details, and access settings.
What does "Customers Only" mean?
It signals to users that bathroom access is restricted to paying customers of your business. It doesn't prevent anyone from finding the listing, but sets appropriate expectations.
Payments
What can I pay for in PP?
Some businesses use PP to issue single-use access codes for their bathrooms. These are one-time purchases processed securely via Apple Pay or Stripe.
I was charged but didn't get my access code. Help?
Email us at pp.iphone.app@gmail.com with your receipt ID (shown in the app after purchase) and we'll sort it out.
