Use of the App

PP is a bathroom-finding service. You agree to use it only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not use PP to submit false, misleading, or harmful information about bathrooms or businesses.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must not share your credentials or allow others to access your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

User-Generated Content

When you submit reviews, ratings, or bathroom listings, you grant PP a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute that content within the app. You are responsible for ensuring your content is accurate and does not infringe on others' rights. We may remove content that is inaccurate, abusive, or otherwise inappropriate.

Business Owners

If you register as a business owner, you represent that you have the authority to manage the listed location. Business listings must be accurate and kept up to date. We reserve the right to remove or unverify listings that we determine are inaccurate or abusive.

Payments

Some features of PP require payment. All purchases are final unless required otherwise by applicable law. Access codes are single-use and non-transferable. If you experience a payment issue, contact us at pp.iphone.app@gmail.com.

Accuracy of Information

PP relies on user-submitted and third-party data. We do not guarantee that bathroom listings, hours, or ratings are accurate or up to date. Always verify information before relying on it, especially for time-sensitive needs.

Disclaimer of Warranties

PP is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific bathroom will be available when you arrive.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PP and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of PP after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
